All technical and construction trades, as well as all operators’ zoological and animal-keeping aspects, are already integrated in the master-planning, concept development and continued and implemented in detail throughout subsequent design phases. In all project development phases, we include an evaluation of financial efficiency, innovative and sustainable operational approaches, as well as new zoological concepts, resulting in a unique animal experience.
All this forms a single-source responsibility, which is always in close cooperation with the building’s owner.
